Our 6 fabricating and 2 dedicated welding stations are equipped with the latest welding equipment available to provide reliable and great looking products.

2 press brakes provide the following capabilities:
Forming up to 14' x 500 tons
Forming of materials from
20ga to 1” thick materials
Unipunch tooling for punching of channel and angle

Our section roll allows us to roll and form a variety of products that include: angle, tubing, channel, beam, and bars

We have 4 plate rolls that offer a wide range of rolling options.
The large cnc machine will roll up to 1” plate at 10 ft long.
Capacities on the other 3 machines go from 20ga sheet up to 3/8 plate.

2 CNC high definition plasma cutting tables provide fine shape cutting on a variety of products.
Part sizes up to 10' x 24' long can be produced on the large table.
Material from 16ga sheet to 1.5” plate.

The CNC band saw will cut virtually anything.
Including but not limited to:
Beam, angle, tube, pipe, channel, and bar with auto feed and angle precision.

Up to 12' x 1/4 capacity
20ga to 7 ga sheet stock
NC back guage provides reliable repeatability.

We have a CNC turret punch capable of producing high tolerance sheet metal parts.
26 stations, 4 with auto rotation, give great flexibility for punching and contouring parts out of material ranging for 20ga to 10ga sheet metal. The 48 x 100 table allows us to load full sheets and produce many parts with the single push of a button.

Although we are not a machine shop we do have some machining capabilities. 2 lathes provide turning of shafts and facing of flanges.
The mills are used for drilling, milling slots and other basic machining functions.
One of the newest additions to the shop is a CNC machining center. Here we have travel of 20” X 40” to produce
Machined parts with greater precision and speed.

4 overhead cranes in two building length bays give us up to 10 tons of lifting capacity in each bay.
